Using Forms in Torq – Quick Guide
Accessing Forms

In Torq, go to Sites on the left sidebar.

Select Forms at the top.

Two main tabs:
-
Builder: To create or edit forms.

Submission: To view submitted forms.

Building a Form
-
Click Builder to see existing forms (e.g., Trailer Measurement Form).
-
Forms use drag-and-drop features (e.g., drag a button or image block onto the form).
-
To create a new version, click the three dots on a form > Duplicate > edit as needed.
-
Use existing forms as templates to save time.
Creating a Yard Sign Store Form

Example: Yard signs for Normal Community High School.
-
Update:
-
School name.
-
Upload the correct image by dragging the Image block and uploading.

Use Sell Products field for options.
-
Set fields as required with the asterisk (*).
-

Notifications for submissions go to: Kirk, Kyle, Jim.
Viewing Submissions
-
In the Submission tab, see all form entries.
-
Click a form to view full details and download a PDF if needed.
Adding Form to Website (Wix)
-
Log into Wix > click Edit Site.
-
Select the page (e.g., Yard Signs) from the left.
-
Paste the form link into the relevant section.
-
In Torq Builder, click Integrate > Share > Copy Link.

Paste link on the page in Wix.
-
Click Publish to update.
-
Aftershock site will display as:
aftershock.com/2025-senior-yard-signs, etc.
Tip: Duplicate existing Wix pages instead of creating new ones.
Note: Louis can handle website updates—just send him the shared form link.
