Building a Form

  • Click Builder to see existing forms (e.g., Trailer Measurement Form).

  • Forms use drag-and-drop features (e.g., drag a button or image block onto the form).

  • To create a new version, click the three dots on a form > Duplicate > edit as needed.

  • Use existing forms as templates to save time.

Creating a Yard Sign Store Form

  • Example: Yard signs for Normal Community High School.

  • Update:

    • School name.

    • Upload the correct image by dragging the Image block and uploading.

    • Use Sell Products field for options.

    • Set fields as required with the asterisk (*).

  • Notifications for submissions go to: Kirk, Kyle, Jim.

Viewing Submissions

  • In the Submission tab, see all form entries.

  • Click a form to view full details and download a PDF if needed.

Adding Form to Website (Wix)

  1. Log into Wix > click Edit Site.

  2. Select the page (e.g., Yard Signs) from the left.

  3. Paste the form link into the relevant section.

    • In Torq Builder, click Integrate > Share > Copy Link.

  4. Paste link on the page in Wix.

  5. Click Publish to update.

  6. Aftershock site will display as:
