Column Breakdown (Workflow Stages)

Entry point for new jobs or customer inquiries.

To Quote

Jobs waiting on a quote to be created.

Quote Sent

Quotes have been sent to the customer; awaiting response.

Design

Approved jobs are dragged here manually.

Designers monitor this column to start/continue design work.

Waiting on Materials

Jobs paused due to materials being ordered.

Used as a “holding” area until supplies arrive.

Output for Production

Managed by the Production Manager.

Jobs here are design-ready and stored on the company drive, waiting for print prep.

Monitored by the printer operator.
