📅 TORQ Scheduling – Bulleted Overview
🔹 Accessing the Calendar

Click on “Scheduling” in the left-hand menu.

Choose your preferred view: Month, Week, or Day.

Make sure the correct calendar is selected:

Click “Calendars” and choose “Install Calendar”.

🔹 Viewing the Schedule

The calendar shows current and upcoming projects.
-
Used to:
-
Identify openings.
-
Schedule installs or wraps.
-
Coordinate with the design and production team.

🔹 Adding a New Appointment

Click “Add New” in the top right corner.
-
Select the correct calendar: Install Calendar.

Add a title (usually customer name + job type, e.g., “RJ Becktold – Ford F-150 Wrap”).

Assign a team member (can leave default).

Set the time and date using Custom (not Default):

Set start date/time (e.g., March 31 at 9:30 AM).

Set end date/time (based on job duration).

Choose the customer from the list.
-
Click “Book Appointment.”
🔹 After Booking

The job will appear on the calendar for the full duration.
-
Everyone (designers, production, installers) can view what’s coming up.

Helps plan workload and identify where new jobs can be scheduled.
🔹 Pro Tips

Include budgeted install hours for each job to better manage capacity.

Use calendar blocks to visualize drop-off and pick-up dates.
-
Ensure you always set the start and end date for proper visibility.
