How to Send a Vehicle Wrap Estimate
1. Accessing the Estimate Template

Navigate to Invoices > Documents & Contracts > Templates

Select Vehicle Wrap Estimate

Click the three dots → Use Template
2. Editing the Estimate
-
The main structure of the document remains unchanged.

Key sections:
-
Editable area: Enter wrap details.
-
Next steps: Information for the customer.
-
Terms & Conditions: Remain unchanged.

3. Entering Customer & Wrap Details
-
Add customer’s vehicle details (e.g., 2021 Jeep Wrangler).
-
Specify wrap type (e.g., full wrap in cardinal red).
-
Keep descriptions concise but informative.
-
Click Save.
4. Setting the Deposit & Additional Charges

50% deposit required to schedule the job.
-
If design services are needed:
-
Click New Item → Type Design
-
Select Service → Enter design cost (e.g., $500).
-

Adjust total price as needed.
5. Adjusting Pricing
-
Click the price field to edit.
-
Update the displayed amount as needed.
-
Ensure the correct total price is shown before sending.
6. Finalizing & Sending the Estimate

Enter the customer's name (auto-fills their details).
-
Click Send via Email.

Update the subject line (e.g., 2021 Jeep Wrangler Wrap Estimate).

Click Send to deliver the estimate.

Confirm the document is saved and sent.
