How to Send a Vehicle Wrap Estimate

1. Accessing the Estimate Template

  • Navigate to Invoices > Documents & Contracts > Templates

  • Select Vehicle Wrap Estimate

  • Click the three dots → Use Template

2. Editing the Estimate

  • The main structure of the document remains unchanged.

  • Key sections:

    • Editable area: Enter wrap details.

    • Next steps: Information for the customer.

    • Terms & Conditions: Remain unchanged.

3. Entering Customer & Wrap Details

  • Add customer’s vehicle details (e.g., 2021 Jeep Wrangler).

  • Specify wrap type (e.g., full wrap in cardinal red).

  • Keep descriptions concise but informative.

  • Click Save.

4. Setting the Deposit & Additional Charges

  • 50% deposit required to schedule the job.

  • If design services are needed:

    • Click New Item → Type Design

    • Select Service → Enter design cost (e.g., $500).

  • Adjust total price as needed.

5. Adjusting Pricing

  • Click the price field to edit.

  • Update the displayed amount as needed.

  • Ensure the correct total price is shown before sending.

6. Finalizing & Sending the Estimate

  • Enter the customer's name (auto-fills their details).

  • Click Send via Email.

  • Update the subject line (e.g., 2021 Jeep Wrangler Wrap Estimate).

  • Click Send to deliver the estimate.

  • Confirm the document is saved and sent.
